What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Kurasu stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All furniture items include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Decorative accessories are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
